Fittenx – Driver Terms and Conditions


These Terms apply to all individuals (Drivers) who deliver orders using the Fittenx platform. By registering and completing deliveries, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:


1. Independent Contractor

  1. You operate as an independent contractor, not an employee of Fittenx.
  2. Fittenx does not provide employment benefits, insurance, or guaranteed wages.
  3. You are responsible for your taxes, vehicle expenses, and legal obligations.


2. Driver Requirements

  1. Drivers must:
  2. Be at least 18 years old
  3. Hold valid identification
  4. Use a reliable car, bike, or scooter
  5. Maintain valid auto insurance (if using a vehicle)
  6. Own a smartphone with mobile data
  7. Fittenx may verify documents at any time.


3. Driver Responsibilities

  1. Drivers must:
  2. Pick up and deliver orders on time
  3. Handle food safely and prevent damage
  4. Maintain hygiene and keep delivery bags clean
  5. Communicate professionally with customers and vendors
  6. Keep all customer information confidential
  7. Use the Fittenx Driver App/Portal correctly
  8. Violations may result in suspension or deactivation.


4. Platform Usage

  1. Orders are assigned based on availability and performance.
  2. GPS and mobile data must remain active while online.
  3. Delivery details and customer information must remain confidential.


5. Earnings and Payments

  1. Drivers are paid per delivery or per route.
  2. Earnings may include base pay, peak pay, bonuses, or tips.
  3. Payments are issued weekly or biweekly.
  4. Incorrect bank information may cause delays.


Fittenx may deduct:

  1. Penalties for damaged or mishandled orders
  2. Compensation for missing items
  3. Any outstanding dues


6. Equipment

  1. Fittenx may provide delivery bags, labels, QR codes, or training materials.
  2. All Fittenx-owned equipment must be returned upon account deactivation.


7. Safety Rules

  1. Drivers must:
  2. Follow all traffic laws
  3. Never deliver under the influence
  4. Keep their vehicle safe and maintained


Fittenx is not responsible for:

  1. Fines, tickets, or penalties
  2. Accidents or vehicle damage
  3. Injuries during delivery


8. Account Suspension

  1. Reasons for suspension or deactivation may include:
  2. Late or missed deliveries
  3. Customer or vendor complaints
  4. Misconduct or rude behaviour
  5. Food safety violations
  6. Fraud or misuse of the platform
  7. Repeated order cancellations
  8. Drivers may request voluntary deactivation anytime.


9. Confidentiality

  1. Drivers may not share or misuse:
  2. Customer names or phone numbers
  3. Delivery addresses
  4. Vendor information
  5. Fittenx data or system tools
  6. Breach of confidentiality may result in legal action.


10. Liability

Fittenx is not liable for vehicle issues, accidents, tickets, or loss of income due to app outages.

Drivers use the platform at their own risk.


11. Updates

Fittenx reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Drivers will be notified through email or dashboard notifications.


12. Agreement

By using the Fittenx Driver App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.


13. Location Access Requirement:

To use the Fittenx Driver App properly, you must allow continuous location access on your device. This is necessary so that Fittenx can:

Track your real-time delivery progress

Assign nearby orders accurately

Ensure customer and vendor transparency

Verify delivery completion and route accuracy


If location access is disabled, delayed, or inaccurate, it may affect your order assignments, performance score, and payments. Repeated issues with location access may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.
